Air samplers, plates, tapes and swabs can be used to adequately sample mould infestations. If you have visible mould in a building it could mean a much larger fungal contamination is present. Sick buildings can include commercial, rental and private housing so if you are a landlord or rental agency you may be responsible.
Bio-Tape, Air-O-Cell, Air Plates and Swabs can all be tested for fungal species.
