Do we need an account to have samples analysed by Ecoscope?

A.

You do not need an account to have your samples processed.  We prefer to set up accounts with business clients, and offer a range of payment options.  The general public are welcome to bring in samples.

Do we need to keep samples cool during transport?

A.

As a general rule the answer is yes!  However some samples do not require keeping cool due to preservatives or nature of the sample.  Microbiology samples should be kept cool and delivered to the lab as soon as possible.

I am located in a remote location and have trouble meeting set timeframes for delivery of samples, can you help?

A.

We can assist with logistics from remote locations to get you the best possible outcome.  Please phone our lab on 07 49260630 so we can discuss and find a solution.

When should we sample for algae?

A.

Algae inhabit all waterways and even live on land with the help of moisture.  Algae and cyanobacteria (blue green algae) grow throughout the year so it is important to monitor on a regular basis.  Every situation is different so please call 07 49260630 to speak to one of our friendly staff.

We offer a range of water management plans to cater for all industry categories and can tailor a plan for your site.

What are your operational hours?

A.

We work Monday to Friday for receiving samples between 8am - 4pm.  We do have staff work Saturday/Sunday but are not open for general business.
